A Change In Latitude Consulting is a SDVOSB and WOSB certified management consulting firm specializing in providing continuous improvement services to government and private sector organizations. Services include: training, project support, deployment of new continuous improvement programs, evaluation of existing continuous improvement programs and leadership training and coaching. We are uniquely positioned to support both small and large scale government issues due to our experience in the arena (our owner was the first enlisted Soldier to be certified as a master black belt in the Army and was awarded the Best Enterprise Level project award by the Secretary of the Army). In addition, we leverage a large network of black belt and master black belt certified continuous improvement professionals to support contracts.
