Adams & Ruxton Construction Co. is a general contractor located in West Springfield, MA and has been in business for more than 110 years. We are a woman and veteran owned company certified with the Massachusetts Supplier Diversity Office. Adams & Ruxton is signatory with the Carpenter’s and Laborer’s Unions. We self-perform a wide range of work to include but not limited to doors & hardware, framing, sheetrock, taping, millwork and installation, finish work, concrete sidewalks & curbs, concrete slabs, exterior improvement work and site work, demolition and foundational work. Adams & Ruxton has solid relationships with local subcontractors and suppliers. We coordinate all aspects of our client’s projects. We subcontract mechanical/HVAC, electrical, plumbing, flooring, and painting. We are not a design contractor. We work closely with architectural firms as well as the architects our clients have engaged for their projects. Adams & Ruxton Construction Co. has partnered with many different clients over the years including Bank of America, New England Public Radio, Chicopee Electric Light Department, Baystate Medical, TD Bank, Coldwell Banker, the University of Massachusetts and many local municipalities. We have experience in new construction, building and interior renovation and alteration, small site projects, office renovation, phased construction and utility work and much more.
