AdNet/AccountNet Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “AdNet) is a privately held, 100% EDWOSB/WOSB and 8(a) owned company headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland. Our Purpose: Advocates for Workplace Excellence and Equality. AdNet is a Management Consulting Firm with services that include: Professional Services, Project Management, Staff Augmentation, and Executive Search. We identify, develop, and manage teams of subject matter experts with Accounting/Finance, Human Resources, and Legal/EEO expertise to serve both Public and Private Sector clients. We have a purposeful mission of building deeper strategic partnerships with executives charged with the success of the workplace performance and culture. CEO, Betsy Cerulo, created AdNet, in 1990, to best utilize her subject matter expertise focused in Financial Services across multiple industries faced with a consistently evolving workplace. As a Human Resources partner, AdNet became the gatekeeper for clients to ensure that hiring and workplace practices are legal and inclusive. AdNet’s Project Management practice has evolved out of each contract we hold in understanding and meeting each client’s needs which leads to a successful outcome. Our hands-on approach and collaborative partnership allow for a well-managed contract with minimal problems. By keeping close touch with our employees and COR’s, AdNet intervenes early when there is an issue. This proactive approach quickly restores balance to the team with little to no disruption.
