Alternate Resources provides FF&E Purchasing and Interior Design Services. We specialize in Hospitality and Contract Markets to purchase direct from manufacturers of hotel and contract grade furniture on behalf of ownership. Procurement includes case goods, soft seating, window treatment, carpet, wall covering, lighting, bedding, chairs, artwork, office furniture, fitness center, spas, all furniture fixtures and equipment utilized in a hotel or contract environment. We procure to design specifications including bid analysis, value engineering, issuing purchase orders, product manufacturing, tracking through delivery and installation. We also provide interior design services for guest room and public area spaces within hotels, senior living, restaurants, fitness centers, casinos, offices, schools and multi-use properties. We have extensive experience with both brand and independent hotel properties.
