About

Established in 1990, AQUAS Inc is a consulting and technical services company with experience in developing solutions to optimize operations and provide systems that empower customers to rely on timely and accurate information through the implementation of processes, policies and information management technologies. AQUAS is computer platform independent -- our IT staff is proficient in different databases and computer languages. AQUAS implemented a water quality impact model for the US waterways, we participated in the creation computer systems and data management to determine health insurance benefits eligibility, created an enterprise system for USDA to support national grading and inspection of poultry and meat, and developed a clinical ethics case management system for the Veterans Health Administration. More recently we supported Monitoring and Evaluation software for the US State Department, provided a team of financial analysts to manage relationships and validate financial institution claims under the Economic Growth loan guarantee program at USAID. Certified as a DBE in 14 states in the US, AQUAS is also an MBE in Maryland, Massachusetts. and Florida
