About
C&SH employs one person, myself, Claudia Hendricks, the president and CEO, and enlists the support of sub-contractors to meet various communication needs as projects require. I formed the company in 2002 after accepting a downsizing package from my employer, C&SH has evolved with changing communication demands and projects over the years. During that time, I have had diverse clients, including auctioning agencies, security services, medical labs, and community groups. I have been working with my largest client - LG&E and KU, Kentucky's largest gas and electric utility - for 14 years. Most all of my business in generated through word-of-mouth. I provide communication counseling and services, including strategic planning; writing news articles, speeches, video scripts, training material, etc; editing services; presentation, collateral and video development and production; and more. I also coordinate major events and associated internal and external communication.
