Concrete & Canvas LLC helps government agencies plan facility projects, manage execution, and protect taxpayer dollars from waste, rework, and preventable mistakes. Facility projects involve many moving parts; designers, contractors, budgets, schedules, regulations, and documentation. Issues often arise when accountability is fragmented and no single party is responsible for ensuring plans are sound, decisions are disciplined, and execution remains aligned with approved scope. Concrete & Canvas serves as a single accountable authority throughout the project lifecycle. We assist agencies in defining scope before funds are committed, overseeing execution once work begins, and managing changes so facilities are delivered as intended. We do not perform construction. Our role is to govern the process; coordinating stakeholders, establishing/maintaining budget, schedule discipline, and ensuring facilities function properly beyond project completion.
