Carolyn Hochstadter is the owner of a boutique law firm, specializing in business law with a niche in the Digital Health space. She takes a passionate interest in her clients and pro-actively guides them to be self-sustaining entrepreneurs. The firm helps clients explore, develop and launch start-ups, fundraise, hire talent and operate their companies. Carolyn also has extensive experience in financial health preservation, restructuring, and helping business owners obtain a fresh start. Carolyn teaches Business and Legal Tools for Digital Health Entrepreneurship at Thomas Jefferson University. She previously taught for 8 years at Wharton a similar course on the Legal Aspects of Entrepreneurship. Carolyn enjoys mentoring start-up stakeholders. She hosts weekly Office Hours with Venture Café Philly and is an Expert in Residence for the Tribe 12 Fellows program. Carolyn serves as an Arbitrator and Mediator for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, with a focus on the expedient resolution of trial level cases. In the international sphere, Carolyn sits on the Board of the Philadelphia Israel Chamber of Commerce.
