ESC is a WOSB and EDWOSB, providing leadership coaching, leader development, leader and team training, team building, and organizational optimization services primarily in the healthcare sector. We provide support and facilitation of strategic planning, both singular plans and cascading operational plans. We provide project management and accreditation survey readiness (i.e., Joint Commission, CARF, CMS) support. We guide our clients in accessing internal resources to establish processes and systems to support sustained success. ESC's employs Prosci's change management principles. We offer Wiley's Everything DiSC and Five Behaviors assessments and training as a key part of our approach.
