Facility Strategies provides services for the built environment that goes beyond that of the role of an architect. We are an advocate for our client to assist and navigate the feasibility, planning, design and construction of an interior renovation or a newly construction building. Our portfolio includes corporate offices, healthcare, multi-family affordable housing and tenant fit-out for lease spaces. When a client is vacating a space or moving to a new location, we assist in the 'decommissioning' of the space by removing and disposing of all of the furniture, fixtures and furniture leaving the space 'broom clean'. We also provide assisting with the feasibility of a project; that includes the development of a comprehensive budget, assembling the design team and preliminary design work.
