Huse Biological Consulting, LLC is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business providing specialized biological and environmental compliance services to federal, state, tribal, and private clients. HBC delivers science-based ecological assessments, threatened and endangered species surveys, and construction-phase compliance support for complex infrastructure, energy, and land development projects. HBC is authorized by both the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and the California Department of Fish and Wildlife as an Authorized and Designated Desert Tortoise Biologist. We provide protocol-level surveys, construction monitoring, and impact mitigation where regulatory oversight is high. Additional services include nesting and migratory bird surveys, bat surveys and avoidance mitigation, rare plant and vegetation assessments, habitat evaluations, NEPA documentation, Section 7 consultation, and species-specific management planning.
