At Johnnie'z onda Spot we used a "Twin Pass, Double-Check System for office cleanings. On the first pass we collect and dispose of all trash, dust area, vacuum carpeted areas, and straighten all magazines in reception area. In the kitchen area we clean soil and spills with all purpose cleaner, mop floors, clean sink with stainless steel, and polish chrome fixtures with glass cleaner. In the bathrooms, while wearing rubber gloves, we empty waste receptacles and replace liners, clean all sinks, counters, urinals and commodes with all purpose cleaner, spot clean partitions , doors and walls. On the second pass we, inspect work from first pass, rework as necessary, replace toilet tissue paper towels, and hand soap, and wet mop tile floors with disinfectant cleaner.
