Founded in 2023, Lazarus Coaching and Consulting is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). We empower leaders and organizations to excel through tailored leadership development workshops, personalized coaching, and organizational consulting with extensive experience in the military, federal government, and commercial sectors. Our approach is rooted in practical and actionable strategies that accommodate all learning styles and deliver exceptional results. Offering a range of psychometric assessments to increase self-awareness, including Hogan, EQ-i 2.0, CliftonStrengths, Shifting Horizons, and LPI 360, our developmental coaching helps build leaders’ capacities and capabilities.
