Motive International (“Motiveâ€) is a Washington, DC-based social enterprise and Economically Disadvantaged Woman-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB) founded in 2015 with a mission to mitigate conflict and enhance stability and sustainability in fragile global societies. We advance this mission through training & education, advisory services, and program design & implementation. Our cross-sector team is composed of former U.S. policymakers, military officers, NGO founders and leaders, corporate change consultants, and social entrepreneurs who fuse best practices from these worlds to create new approaches for addressing global conflict and fragility.
