On The Mark (OTM) is an Utility Management Services business offering services in all of New York State with concentration in; Rochester, Buffalo, and Syracuse. OTM specializes in locating, mapping, monitoring, and managing Customer Owned &; Maintained (COM) underground utilities. We also locate, mark, and map other underground utilities such as water,; telephone/communications/cable TV, sewer/sanitary/storm, and more. Using state-of-the-art equipment, we can locate pipes,; empty ducts, metal valve boxes, fuel tanks, conduits, and other buried objects using a variety of pin pointing equipment and; instruments including non-invasive Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR). In addition to utility locating, marking, & mapping, OTM; provides utility management services to city, town, & state municipals and utility companies.
