Provides machined parts and sub-assemblies to the Aerospace Industry. Small Veteran Owned business in a 16,000 square foot facility, ISO 9001: AS9100 Rev C certified and ITAR Registered. We manufacture housings, O-Rings, Cases, Cover's, pins, washers, bushings and flanges, steering links, splined washers and nuts using standard raw materials such as 7075 and 6061 as well as tough to machine alloys such as Inconel, Titanium and Steel. In addition, we manufacture plastics such as Delrin and Teflon. Our capabilities include turning and milling. We are well versed in Kan Ban inventory management as well as many other inventory scheduling types. Customers include Raytheon, Magellan, BEI Aerospace and MKS Instruments. We provide parts 100% turnkey including any outside processing such as plating, shot peen, magnetic particle inspection, prime and paint.
