Premier Comp Solutions (PCS) is a limited liability company which specializes in the medical management and cost containment of workers’ compensation injuries in PA. PCS was founded in July 2002 by Linda Schmac as a workers’ compensation cost containment solutions company specializing in the development of provider panels, appointment scheduling, injury management, medical bill review, and repricing. We also provide our clients with access to the most comprehensive workers’ comp PPO network available in PA as well as our own proprietary statewide physical therapy and diagnostic network. Our client base consists of various workers’ comp insurance carriers, insurance agents, employers (fully insured and self-insured) and Third-Party Administrators. PCS continues to expand its information technology infrastructure to meet the needs of our clients and to improve the efficiency of our internal operations.
