Shaping Your Future Psychiatry, PLLC is a solo private mental health practice committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based psychiatric care to pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients (ages 4-100) in the Hampton Roads community. Led by Dr. Trisha Parker, a Doctorate-prepared Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with over 24 years of experience, our mission is to eliminate mental health stigma and increase access to care for military personnel, veterans, and civilians through innovative, patient-centered approaches.
