Smith’s Epoxy Coatings began as a sole proprietorship under Marvin Smith in March of 2003.and became a corporation in 2004 organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Marvin Smith is the President & CEO of the company. In January 2006, Smith’s Epoxy Coatings changed its status from a C-corporation to an S-corporation.The company has worked throughout the Eastern Seaboard providing quality epoxy and epoxy related services.
