Spearhead Solutions was founded by Julian Dioulo, a former Security Program Manager with the US Intelligence Community. Julian, a former Staff Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps, attended the University of Maryland (UC) to obtain a degree in Homeland Security. Spearhead Solutions was incorporated in May 2019 and is a veteran-owned, minority business enterprise (MBE), with small business reserve (SBR) certification.
