Studio 50 Design, LLC is an architectural firm that provides building design, documentation, and construction administration services. Our firm is a woman owned small business with over 30 years of experience. We are MD DOT certified with the State of Maryland’s Department of Transportation and SWaM certified with the Commonwealth of Virginia’s Department of Minority Business Enterprise. We design and document creative and functional buildings that meet our client’s needs, budget, and vision. Studio 50 Design integrates Building Information Modeling (BIM) within our design and documentation process. We are able to create a virtual three-dimensional building model that illustrates the architectural detail and space coordination along with coordination of the engineering elements. This holistic approach ensures coordination between all of the construction disciplines.
