The ASTA Group, LLC is a woman-owned small business that promotes organizational success through analysis; targeted training and education programs; and on-site support. We are focused on improving human performance through applying transformational strategies, behavioral science research, and innovative technologies. We have conducted over 75 analyses of courses/major training systems across the US DoD and other Government agencies, confirmed viable technical solutions, identified gaps in solutions, and made recommendations based on an in-depth analysis to include knowledge of the industry, benchmarking studies, analysis of best practice, and viability of the concept/ approach. We have designed and developed thousands of hours of innovative training and educational courses for classroom instruction, as well as online learning, simulation, and virtual environments. We have a Top Secret Facility Clearance, and all personnel are cleared at minimum of Secret level, many at Top Secret.
