The Fit Lab, a personal training and health and fitness company is both a brick and mortar business, as well as an overarching brand that gives individual fitness professionals an opportunity to rent space and operate their businesses while maintaining their individual brand. At the F.I.T. Lab, we use unique, innovative programs to improve the health, fitness and wellness of our clients. Moreover, we use unique definitions of “fitness” (i.e. holistic wellness - physical, mental, spiritual, emotional, financial, social) that make our programs and our approach to improving the health of our clients one of a kind. At The F.I.T. Lab, we offer programs that are not being offered anywhere else in the country.
