The riff group was organized in Pennsylvania, February 15, 2002, and is also licensed to perform work in New Jersey, New York and Delaware. Our three complimentary service divisions comprised of the Building & Construction Services Division, Installation Services Division, and Moving & Storage Services Division allow us to offer our customers a full array of facility services. Our Building & Construction Services Division's objective is to provide the highest quality services on a cost effective basis to the Commercial, Industrial and Institutional segments of the Business Community in the areas of new construction, renovation and facility maintenance. We are experienced in performing projects as General Contractors and as Construction Managers where our clients have selected an Architect or provided us with a conceptual layout. We are prepared to offer a wide range of Estimating, Construction Management, and Design/Build Services. Our staff has constructed and managed LEED Certified projects and is familiar with the most current environmentally sustainable building practices. Our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is evidenced by the fact that 80% of work performed each year is for past clients and nearly 65% is performed on a negotiated basis. We are associated with The Associated General Contractors of America, the General Building Contractors Association, U.S. Green Building Council, and The Carpenters’ Company of the City and County of Philadelphia. Our Installation Services Division provides a full range of Furniture, Demountable Partition, High Density Filing and Custom Millwork/Casework installations for Hospitals, Hotels, Universities and Corporations throughout Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, and Delaware. We are certified installers of most major manufacturers' products including but not limited to Haworth, Teknion, DIRTT, Clestra Hauserman and Space Saver. Our capabilities beyond new installations and reconfigurations include product inventorying, move coordination, delivery, warehousing, and after-market services such as cleaning and re-fabrication of panels and seating. Since inception, we have implemented a policy of recycling all of our cardboard and plastic refuse.
