Three Star Government Solutions, LLC. (3SGS) offers a range of federal support services from logistics and information technology to management consulting and e-learning. Our employee retention is outstanding as evidenced by our retention of most employees and consultants who have pioneered the development of Tribal Training and Technical Assistance (T/TA), having operated the Alaska Region T/TA Center, a resource of the Administration for Native Americans (ANA) since 2011. It was working in the austere conditions of Alaska that our staff and consultants have been instrumental in testing and implementing different virtual platforms for delivering training (both synchronous and asynchronous) and technical assistance for communities that historically have had poor connectivity and limited digital literacy.
