For the past 3 years, Native Construction sales have averaged $500k - $1MM. The company maintains 2x full-time, salaried personnel, as well as a network of independent contractors that support increases in operational activity. To date, sales have been generated exclusively SLED JOC / IDIQ procurement. The company operates as both a Prime contractor, directly engaging public entities, as well as a Subcontractor, performing CIS Division Trades 9, 27 and 32 to larger general contractors. The firm was founded, and is still maintained, as a Texas LLC since 2018 and is 100% held by Owner / Operator, John Lee – company President and Citizen of the Cherokee Nation. The company holds a $2MM aggregate bonding capacity and may increase this threshold dependent upon contract availability and demand.
