We are a full service food services company that specializes in meal service, catering and meal prep with an emphasis on food that nourishes the body and the soul. We are Geechee/Gullah descendants who specialize in the whole foods, fruits and vegetables that our ancestors were known for growing and cooking such as Carolina Gold Rice, Sweet Potatoes, Greens, Peas, Yams, Okra, etc. We use only organic meats, grains, herbs, fruits and vegetables. We believe in fresh made from scratch cooking and prefer not to use processed meats , vegetables and fruit. Our food is not only great but great for you.
