Yarrow, LLC (Yarrow) is an SBA (Pending) Certified HUBZone and Women Owned Small Business. Yarrow is a Montana-based public health consulting organization committed to empowering public health. We focus on issues affecting rural and Native communities. Co-Founder Kirsten Krane has her Master’s in both Nutrition and Public Health and is a registered dietician with experience in the fields of nutrition, public health, and health equity. Co-Founder Anna Schmitt has her Master’s in Public Health with experience in direct health care services, emergency medicine, public health, and social advocacy. International and local experience with indigenous and rural communities’ places Yarrow at a unique position to assist with public health needs in these frequently disadvantaged locations. Yarrow uses contemporary and culturally appropriate methods in order to create more effective, efficient, and healthier communities through an evaluation lens.
